The Clinic provides COVID-19 Vaccination service only a few hours to a limited number of patients（Yokohama citizens only）.  All who wish to have their vaccination must make an appointment.

WHEN to call : August 30th 10-12AM、August 31st　10‐12AM

DATE OF VACCINATION:　September 6th (second time Sept 27th )

                                         September 7th (second time Sept 28th )

Bring your Health Insurance card,  the whole evelope from Yokomama city with the vaccine forms, information about your medicine that you are taking
